The location is very good - a short walk from train station
Food: I had breakfast included in my package but I am NOT very happy with the choices in the SMALL buffet they presented. Very limited choices, waste of money .
Rooms: the rooms are very SMALL and not expected for this hotel brand.
Apparently I was confused with the word FLEX , which is a budget standard hotel. They charge £2.50 for dental kit… what a joke!
Reception staff: Friendly staff and welcoming- no problem there.
Missing basic amenities, which does NOT really cost them a lot, leaves negative impression on the hotel.
Overall impression: Not very happy and wound NOT recommend if you are looking for decent stay with luxury, bearing in mind, the prices i was charged are NOT cheap…

This is strategy location ease to move around Newcastle City. This is near the Tyne Bride and you can have a morning sunrise near the riverside.

Location is ok, not exactly at the centre.
The room is fine, it’s neat after tidy up everyday, liked bedding, cup cleaning, toilet paper and coffee / teabag refilling, however, have not cleaned the toilet bowl, shower room and floor.

Convenient and economic for a short stay in Newcastle, nice staff and helpful. But a bit noisy at the midnight due to the bar downstairs.

The location is perfect just 5 minutes walk from Central station, clean and nice but small room.
The thing that we missed in this room is a refrigerator ☹️
