I had limited interaction with staff, but when I did, they were friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious, clean and spacious. Billing was a breeze, and I have already recommended them to other business travelers. Pricing is great! Definitely my choice of accommodation when traveling to Newcastle

It is in the nice and quiet neighborhood. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. I visited the place when it was being renovated. There was a lot of construction noise in the morning and the lady apologised for that. I am looking forward to visiting the place when the renovations are done.

I had a wonderful overall experience and particularly enjoyed the quietness and safety from the guesthouse; they truly added to the relaxing ambiance. One minor issue I encountered was that my room did not have a refrigerator, and it was summer and needed cold drinks on hand. However, the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Luxury Heights Guesthouse and despite the small setback with the refrigerator. The exceptional service and beautiful surroundings more than made up my serene stay.
