This was a great property which I believe is fairly new. Very large room, with kitchenette and great bathroom. Toiletries supplied were first class. Very contemporary in the design and layout and reception staff were most helpful on arrival and took us up to our room. The king size bed was luxurious, comfortable as were the pillows. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Second stay here and glad we did. Had to cut our last trip short as my partner was unwell, so glad we got the opportunity to stay again and experience the full service. Hotel is stunning! Rooms are huge and the bed is so comfortable ( tried to get my partner to utilise the service and buy one HaHa). Short walk to Honeysuckle with restaurants and views! Definitely a great place to stay!

We had a pleasant stay and we felt very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful reception. Absolutely clean with perfect kitchen facilities and very good bed. Perfect location in the centre of Newcastle. Sights, beaches and restaurants within easy reach. Gladly again at any time.

Firstly we booked direct with the hotel and the incentives for doing so we’re terrific value - complimentary bottle of wine, free parking and free access to downstairs gym, all were much appreciated. Add to this guaranteed best price and our stay was really good value. Our apartment was new, modern, well equipped with cooking facilities, comfortable bed with luxury linen and reasonably quite considering the city position. Being a city position it offered great restaurants and a convenience store close by. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone looking for a great Newcastle stay.

We stayed here recently! Absolutely gorgeous! Super comfy king size bed, massive windows to look out at the city and lots of space as the room was much larger than I thought it would be. Lovely modern bathroom & kitchen that is well equipped, the little library on level five was such a welcoming place to sit and your staff were friendly, happy and accomodating - especially Laura! Add in complimentary bottle of wine and parking on site, definitely tops off a wonderful stay. We will be back! Thanks! Nicole & Paul

This is a really wonderful property; value for money, terrific staff. First class quality property. Room amenity is impressive, super comfortable bed (though an option of a lower profile pillow would be good). No hesitation in giving this property a top rating. Even the parking station is top quality.
