The location is great. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but it is opposite the underground parking lot of a large shopping mall. It costs 12 pounds for 24 hours, which is very convenient. The hotel waiters are very friendly, the chef in the kitchen is also great, the ingredients are very fresh, and we all go back to the hotel to order food. I will stay here again next time 😀

Room was the usual Premier Inn standard but going for breakfast, I was met with a surprise. The restaurant hosts a buffet style breakfast where you help yourself to a good selection of food. I went up to the hot food counter and asked for 2 poached eggs and was told they weren’t doing them this morning because the pan was broken!!! I could not believe what I was hearing! Surely they have another pan to poach eggs in?? Really disappointed at this point. Breakfast is a real treat when staying away from home, so I felt compelled to make this review.

Their food is great, but their scrambled eggs in particular is delicious!!!! Aside from that, the staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, and I've noticed their efforts into maintaining and tidying the hotel's facilities too. Overall it's an excellent hotel that's ideal of touring around Newbury.

Great location next to the station for meeting friends from out of town. Dinner was excellent, exceeded our expectations. We had the steaks with all the trimmings good quality and well cooked. Shout out to Jane who was really lovely! Made our evening!

I understand it’s a hotel but when I spoke to the manager he frankly didn’t care that a young woman was eating whilst dressed only in socks and a dressing gown. It is not appropriate in a dining area. Please ask people to put on some clothes for my sake and theirs!

Rooms were really clean. Really enjoyed my stay breakfast was extremely delicious ans well as dinner and staff are an incredible help when needed. All staff really friendly felt like home. Staff are really helpful with helping with things to do around the area. a really lovely area
