during a 40-day stay in the hotel, our room was not cleaned even once, not to mention that someone asked us if we needed new towels, sheets, and we bought the toilet paper ourselves! The service is not bad, it is lacking at all, this hotel lacks any kind of management Towels scattered in the corridors, strollers left for days, and in the event of a fire, exiting the corridors would be more than difficult! Generally speaking, if pets were not allowed in the hotel, I would not stay even 5 minutes there for anything in the world!

Hotel and staff nice enough but there was a really annoying noise throughout our stay from the lorry park outside our room. We had to close the window to reduce the disturbance but we could still hear it and it disturbed our sleep for sure. It sounded like generators or cooling systems on the lorries - perhaps a good idea to investigate relocating the HGVs a bit further away from the back of the hotel?

Our stay at the hotel was good. The hotel was very clean. Sanjay Was very welcoming and would always makes sure that if he saw you he would put his hand up or say hello to you. The rest of staff are also really friendly and welcoming. If you needed anything they are more than happy to help you.

Lovely hotel with great staff, Sanjay has been a fantastic help during my stay would highly recommend. There is also lots of place to park and has access to a range of shops and fast foods very close by it is also only a 7 minute drive into the town Newbury.

Nice hotel to stay, pleasant and free from noises. Room was tidy and clean,spotless bathroom. This is my second stay in this hotel and was as good as it can be. All the Staff were very kind and helpful. Huge parking space and it's free parking. This Travelodge is one of my favourite.

The service was more good then expected ever stayed in Travelodge and the man in reception name Sanjay Bhagat was really good and friendly, I love his service good job man. See you soon man and I will recommend to my friends as well to stay in Travelodge chieveley

We found this hotel a good place to stay on our return home from the north to the south of the country. The interior looks well cared for. The surrounding area had everything you could need for eating etc and the hotel was easy to find.
