It is at the top of one of the highest spots on the island so you can enjoy a view of the ocean as well as the wonderful breeze. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is within easy walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants including Mad Martha's, The Sunset Club, Riptide Cafe and Bar, and tackle and bait shop. For WINTER rentals, it is conveniently located, not too far onto the island. A great plus during those snow storms!
The beach house is very clean and has new appliances just waiting for your enjoyment.

We stayed here in 2021 and it was awesome. Many improvements since then such as all new windows made it even better in 2025! It's a very short walk to the beach, and also close to the ice cream shop.

A Beach Trip to Remember
We loved our stay here!! The house was so great and fully equipped for our family of 8. The beach is literally across the street and the simplicity of that alone made the trip even more special. The beach is clean and full of great finds- moon snails, oyster shells, huge clams!! My children had a wonderful time!! We want to rent from Pam again for longer next time!!

Perfect beach house
House is fantastic. Easy walk to beach. Everything you need for a stay on the beach. Pam is awesome, she made everything that much better. We will be back!

Wedding bliss
we came from Virginia to attend my nieces wedding. (Which was wonderful).. We,were close enough to make the event and visit with family and friends and far enough away to be able to enjoy some quiet time for ourselves. Perfection thank you planning a return trip in May or June

Plum Island Beach House
The property was lovely and beachy. Larger than it looks. Great location to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. The Host was very responsive and friendly. All provided a great get a way to the beach

We really liked the convenience of location, not to mention all the nooks and crannies in this property so we could spread out if we wanted to.
It was very convenient to have a laundry right in the unit and we appreciated the equipped kitchen.

Great location!
The house was clean and plenty of towels, bedding and blankets. The location is perfect and walking distance to restaurants and stores. We’d absolutely stay here again!
