All the staff are kind and friendly. I appreciate it very much. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator, and the room was kept very clean, but on the second day I woke up with itching in the middle of the night, and when I checked it, I was bitten by an insect. There were about 2 spots, so I didn't worry about it that much, but on the 3rd night, I had blisters here and there and it's still itchy... The bathroom was clean, so I don't know why... The staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were very welcoming and friendly. The food we had at both breakfast and dinner was fresh, well-cooked and delicious. The shower temperature was perfect. I would definitely stay at the Premier Inn Newark again.

Another first rate stay (we stay about 10 times a year). We had two miner problems that was sorted immediately by Vicki on reception. She was highly professional and very pleasant, greeting everyone with a smile and making check-in problem free.

I would just like to praise all the staff that helped looked after my mum while she stayed a few nights. Helping her find her room numerous times when she forgot her room number. Late night staff sat talking to her when she couldn’t sleep. Breakfast team helping her carry her food to the table. What an amazing team!!

We stayed here for just one night while shopping for a new motor home. The check in was easy and the lady was very friendly. The room was immaculate, as was the bathroom. We had a little card to welcome us, together with a box of chocolate truffles - which are absolutely delicious, and this was a really lovely touch. We had a fire alarm incident where we all had to leave the hotel, but it was dealt with swiftly. We would highly recommend this hotel. A lovely nights stay.

I stayed at Premier Inn Newark,because it was close to where I was visiting, I’d seen some less than perfect reviews in Trip Advisor, ostly regarding the busy location and traffic noise, but as it was convenient for me I booked anyway. So glad I did, it was in a busy location, but my room was on the quiet side away from the room, and I was not disturbed at all. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, the food was basic, but still very good at at the Beefeater, and all the staff I came in contact with were exceptionally friendly, both at the hotel and the restaurant. I am an older lady, travelling alone to visit family locally, and I felt both welcome and safe. One tiny small suggestion, could do with water glasses in the room, there were cups, but a glass would be useful.

Stayed Friday to Saturday whilst visiting family nearby. The rate for the two nights was excellent, as was the accommodation and being situated near various food outlets, meant everything was on hand. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
