Clean & good value for money. Recommend it However they need to find a fix for "constant on" bathroom fan in the room. All good

Very walkable party of downtown Newark with trains, food and the Prudential Center all in walking distance. Great stay. Never ate at the restaurant bc it looked like cafeteria style and there are better options nearby.

The room was clean, modern and compact, albeit with limited furniture. The location is ok if you are the travelling in to Penn Station Newark - it’s about 6 minutes walk. The best feature was the hotel shuttle which was fast, efficient and gave us peace of mind to get to our flight on time.

The area is improving but at night could be better. Staff is helpful and kind. clean rooms.

We loved how close it was to downtown and very close to Penn Station to take the train to NYC. It was clean and bright and their restaurant was very nice. The staff was not very friendly. We got locked out of our room because the battery was dead. They could not replace the batter so we had to back up all of our stuff and move rooms. We did not get so much as an apology from the staff about the inconvenience. When I talk to them about the room change I asked if they could make sure the fridge was plugged in since we would be out when the room was ready. The front desk guy just said "you will have to ask housekeeping to do that" I had no access to housekeeping to ask them. The evening front desk staff was very nice.
