The hotel is located in Queens and the price is cheap in New York. Free parking is available. The surrounding safety is OK. The street lights are very bright at night, and there are often police cars passing by. There are many supermarkets and restaurants, and life is convenient. It is far from the subway station and there are many buses next to it, which is convenient for travel. Hotel facilities are standard on the motel. However, there is a smell in the room and it feels so worried. The breakfast area is small.

The hotel was right on the MTA D (Express) B and 4 lines, which take you directly to downtown Manhattan. The hotel's included breakfast was great, and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. The only things that bothered me were that the elevators were so loud and our air conditioning in the room was broken.

The room is basically satisfactory. The view outside the window is good, but the subway next to it is a bit noisy. In addition, there are three so-called Chinese restaurants nearby, one of which only does takeout, and the other two are barely tasteful.

The hotel is located in Manhattan, where land is at a premium. It has an excellent location and is not far from surrounding attractions. The service is warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are new. Although they are not big, they can basically meet the needs. Breakfast needs to be ordered a la carte. The disadvantage is that coffee is not provided and the menu is the same every day, which is a bit monotonous.

We chose the hotel for the second time this year, and it did not disappoint. We received the same attentiveness and carefree rest as the first time. Maintenance and renovation also took place in the time between the two occasions, which I can confirm, as we requested and received the same room both times, which we were pleased with. We almost came home, we felt at home. The staff is wonderful, conscientious, self-sacrificing. They are extremely attentive, we asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave. We love its location, its surroundings are calm, safe and spacious. Shopping and transportation options are easy to solve, with Hudson Jersey in the background it's beautiful. Thank you for letting us spend Christmas with you, we already want to go back! Grateful thanks!

The stay was nice. Rooms are small. No coffee maker in the room. You can go downstairs and buy coffee but the coffee is weak and not worth the price. Water runs out the shower soaking the floor. Overall the place is cozy. Intimate. The bar tender was AMAZING ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS. The front staff were very polite night and morning. The guy that sold the coffee wasn’t as pleasant seemed like he didn’t want to be there but he wasnt nasty either.

This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near. However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier. Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

This hotel was amazing. Perfect prime location. We had the Times Square room and the view was perfect. The staff were very nice as well. You will notice a very distinctive smell to this hotel (in a good way). Some people may find the rooms a bit smaller but it’s not a big deal.
