Awful experience. I arrived around 830-9pm and the front desk on the 12floor. The receptionist/manager was not polite and she didn’t want to tell me about the various amenities the hotel had even after staring at the amenities filer in front of her.
The room was very small for the price, there was no waste basket by the sink. And all night all you heard were slamming doors. The bed was uncomfortable.
Best yet, as I was about to checkout on the 12floor and gave the Mexican girl, Bridget the key she stared at me and looked at her manager then looked at me with distaste and judgement. She was obviously racist or going through some personal issue.
I didn’t say anything because I didn’t do anything but send a lot of money to stay there.
Do not stay here go to four points flushing… the rooms are bigger and the staff is amazing and you already have 2 free waters in the room. Unlike this place, they ask you.

The location is close to the subway line 7 and it’s considered good in regards to the price.
Hotel is new and clean. Nice city view at the check in lobby. I like their rooftop bar and the LGA shuttle service.

Staff very friendly. Hotel is new and clean. It is in a shopping centre so you got lots of shops and restaurants with in mins.
about 6 mins from Flushing train station. Highly recommended.
