The facade on the first floor is actually a BAR, the front desk is hidden in the corner, and the elevator is even narrower. Arriving in New York at night, I walked around the building twice to confirm that this is the hotel entrance. After going upstairs, the corridor is narrow and surrounded by dense rooms on both sides, and the room is even narrower and compact when entering the room. It is very similar to a budget hotel, and it has nothing to do with a four-star hotel. The room facilities are simplified to the extreme. There is no refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine or other facilities, no wardrobe, only a few hangers on the wall, and the desk is a foldable desk-sized table. Because the room faces the inner side, there is no city view. Compared with other cities, housing prices are quite expensive. It seems that this is the consumption in New York.

The most expensive room in this area, but it's also very narrow, and the indoor facilities are okay. Maybe you just came from Washington. The same price, the hotel has a big gap, but it's a little worse than China's Samsung Business Hotel

The front desk people were fabulous. I thought the room was kind of small and they gave me a different room the next day anything and everything I wanted and needed they gave me they were great.

I booked a standard room and was surprised at how small and poorly designed it was. When I entered the room, I practically bumped into the sink, which is in the hallway. The floor plan was so tight that there was no space where I could open my luggage. I ended up storing it right in front of the door, which probably was not safe in case of an emergency. The room left me no other options. There was also a loud nightclub that woke me up. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel.

Poor sound insulation. Noise from hallway, neighbors, traffic noise was bad. Small room I suppose is typical for Manhattan.

Lovely boutique hotel on the lower East Side close to tons of dining options in Little Italy and Chinatown and close to several subway stations. Staff is awesome, welcoming and informative. Rooms are tiny and I would not recommend more that 2 adults in one 2-bedroom view as there is not tons of space for luggage and the bathroom area is small as well. Overall, great stay for couples, single folks or parties of 2

I am not happy that I have a charge on my bill from The Fix of $29.78 that I did not make. I told the hotel about it but nothing has been done. On our last morning, I asked the person at the front desk if we still received a $30 cafe credit on the morning we were checking out. She looked my account up and said that we do receive the $30 credit so we at at the cafe. I have now been charged $30.61 for that breakfast. We would have eaten somewhere else if we were not going to receive the credit. So I have 2 charges on my bill that I should not have to pay for. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. The rooms are very small.
