The staff were amazingly pleasant, the hotel was so cool and clean, the room was so modern… I loved the whole thing! My only negative was that the conditioner in the bathroom was empty but if I was staying for more than one night and if I asked for it to be filled, I guarantee they would with no hesitation. Such a great hotel and a quick walk to Barclays Center!

When in Brooklyn I always stay at the Ace hotel. It’s trendy and fun lobby with places to sit or work. Great service with modern rooms. Some face the Statue of Liberty. Near boutiques and restaurants. Very nice.

close to the subway, centrally located in brooklyn near theaters and restaurants a plenty, this hotel was trendy & clean. the bagel store on the first floor was also delicious.

The Ace Hotel in BK is a pleasure to stay at. The staff is very warm and helpful. Very down to earth Brooklyn feel. The hotel is clean, the vibe is great and the room size is larger than most.
I’ll be back next time I’m in NYC!
