waitress Marbel is a ****** and very rude,force us family to not sit in two different small table but make us gather to a corner table which is very inconvenient.Another american family sit in two tables she just said nothing.After we finished our breakfast,not asked anything if we finished or not just get our plate back without permission.Terrible experience because of this waitress！

the rooms are small compare with those around the same price.

Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Veronica who was super efficient, helpful and friendly! The breakfasts were great, location is very close to many of the main sites in Manhattan

My husband and I went on a trip to New York for about a week to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and the location of the accommodation was great and I was very satisfied with the price!

Hotel everything was not bad! The location is good because it's on the main road, and there are many restaurants right in front. The view is good as it is a large road, but the cleanliness was a bit disappointing.

Central location, convenient transportation

It feels dirty, from the corridor to the whole room is gloomy, living on the 19th floor is still very noisy, you can hear the sound of the car downstairs. If you are timid, don't make up your mind.... After staying in for 15 minutes, wash your face, check out and leave 🥺Maybe the feng shui is not good or the yin is a bit too heavy. Although it is our hotel in 2017, I think it is similar to 2007

The location is relatively quiet and within walking distance to the main attractions. The breakfast is good, the service staff are friendly, the windows of the room can be opened, the room is large, and the air conditioner is a bit noisy.
