A very well located hotel, close to 5th and many points of interest. The beds are comfortable, the decoration of the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

Amazing location. Close to the action but not in the middle of it. Loved the one bedroom - as a family it was great to have a fold out at night and a living area during the day. Will stay here again.

I booked an extra day through ******* and the front desk woman decided I had to go through the registration process all over again and return to the front desk to present a credit card even though I had already done this less than 24 hours before. She kept calling the room interrupting my stay and finally berated me to a manager. Worst guest experience I've had in a NYC hotel in a long time. Mid-range hotel with a terrible day staff.
