Location is the only thing that’s great about it, yes spacious rooms but if it lacks cleanliness and facilities, then there’s not much use of it. Shower gel container was empty ! Stained fitted sheets !

The location is amazing, near Grand Central Station. The cleaning was never great and in many days, we didnt have toilette paper or sopa for the hands in various days

Subject: Complaint Regarding Our Stay from October 17th to 23rd
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at your hotel from October 17th to 23rd, 2024. Despite the high expectations we had for your establishment, several issues occurred that significantly impacted our stay.
For 3 to 4 days, we did not receive clean bath towels, despite making three requests. Each time, we were assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, not only was it not addressed, but on two occasions, housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30 PM to deliver small towels instead of the bath towels we had requested. Being disturbed at such a late hour is unacceptable and baffling, especially in a hotel of this caliber.
Considering that we paid 1,870 USD for our stay, we believe that the service we received fell far below the expected standard. Therefore, we are requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused during our stay.
We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond appropriately to our concerns.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Grand Central Station, Times Square, Broadway, and Fifth Avenue, but not too noisy. It feels like a quiet place in a bustling city, a bit like a family hotel. The room is large, but the switch settings are not very reasonable. You have to turn off the lights in the corridor instead of at the bedside. I have stayed in so many hotels in the United States, but it is rare that the room is cleaned, and there is no common problem of the air conditioner starting up like a tractor like other hotels!
