This is a relatively comfortable hotel in New York. The bed at Rosewood is definitely excellent. I always choose this hotel for business trips. The location is good.

The room was so narrow that I couldn't turn around. We did not expect Rosewood Hotel to let us have obvious disappointment. Most services were very prompt, but the laundry service was disappointing.

The hotel environment, considerate service, clean and hygienic, ventilation, and facilities are very good. The front desk service is very considerate, the room is spotless, and the room is very safe to live in. I look forward to staying again next time.
