Everything was perfect.

Very upscale and unique hotel located in New York. They have a scent which you will not want to leave, actually I purchased this scent from them.

Nice and new Hotel in a very nice area near Times Square.

Great location and value. Improve housekeeping.

The room is too small, but the layout is okay. The location is very convenient, there are many places to eat, and it is very close to the Empire State Building Museum and Times Square. Sleeping is quite peaceful.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the New York subway. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant, the staff very courteous and friendly. The only point of criticism was the breakfast (not the quality) the waiting time for breakfast was in my view not reasonable, sometimes 30 minutes and longer, despite free tables. One had the feeling that it was not wanted, that we went to breakfast, which we didn't do half the time because of the long waiting time. Likewise, the bill at the end of breakfast is hard to understand.

It was nice that it was close to Times Square.

The room was very clean and conveniently located with a partial city view.

The overall feeling is not bad

like guest houses in third tier cities in china

Hotel has a great location, walking distance to many attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly and rooms were in great condition.

The room was not ready upon arrival. After being given multiple conflicting reasons for why it wasnt ready we were able to check in after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes in the lobby. The compensation for our wait was two complementary drinks, and we were given any updates on the progress while waiting. The room cleaning was not good, and the room was dusty and aircondition gave a foul smell the last day. During our stay we were unable to return to our room for 20 minutes at 17:15 due to room cleaning delays. Please see attached photo from the counter. Arlo hotels also have a 20% veteran discount that this hotel were not able to provide since "they dont do it yet" or dont care.

The staff was outstanding. The housekeeping staff is attentive and made sure all the necessities were met. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Really terrific hotel. Actually Better than I was expecting. Great staff and the room was comfortable and so were the beds and pillows!! Thanks for a great stay
