It was really bad, the service, nothing it’s clean, every towel smelling bad, and the smell smoking it’s horrible. 0/100 it’s was really bad.

Horrible! Absolutely disgusting!!!
All rooms smells like cigarettes. Bed linens were dirty.
Shower and toilet were not cleaned at all.
There is no sound isolation, we could hear every one that was making a move in the hallway or in the street. We had to stay a night near jfk due to early departure,
Could not sleep all not. Absolutely nightmare ! Blahhhhh!!!!
