The hotel has an excellent location, close to Soho and in a quiet area full of clubs.
The reception service is excellent.
The problem is the ordinary management of the room.
In 6 nights they never changed the bed and they never cleaned the room, they only changed the towels for the shower and those of the bathroom.
The rooms are very small and it can also be accepted since we are in Manhattan but at least a wardrobe to store clothes would have been the case 🤦🏻
