FOH staff are great, breakfast was spot on. Great shuttle bus to JFK but be careful if your leaving in the morning, it took 1.15 minutes to get to terminal 4 as traffic is terrible.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near JFK Airport. The complimentary van service for airport transfers was incredibly convenient. We called the hotel upon arrival and easily met the van at the designated departure point.
The hotel itself is excellent—clean, neat, and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a place to stay near the airport with the added bonus of free JFK transfers, this hotel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

The location is good, close to airport. The room is spacious. As I got up late I missed the breakfast coz breakfast time is from 5:30 am to 9:30am. But the lunch and dinner in the restaurant are good. I arrived around midnight. No one answered the phone. So I had to take a taxi to the hotel as the shuttle bus is on demand. The receptionist wasn’t professional. He gave me the wrong room keys twice. I had to go up and down three times. Finally when I entered the room , it was almost 1:45am. Too tired to say anything.
