Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is kinda basic but acceptable. Shuttle from JFK is easily filled so most of the time will need to wait for a second one which is not good enough, considering most travelers are tired and want to check ASAP. Room prices are ridiculous but it's the general norm for any hotels near JFK.

Frontline staff were friendly. The location was just 10 mins to Airport with free shuttle bus service. Breakfast were standard American style.

It is very convenient and good. We had a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. All the staff are nice and helpful.

Shuttle service from airport to hotel is not available and not clear which is what most people needed, email was not replied and must call hotel for the info.

Really great place to stay since it is close to the airport (there's a free shuttle). Clean and comfy rooms. Services from the hotel staff were top notch. Would like to thank Kevin at the front desk, especially for being really welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Really cool person! The hotel is a little far from the main city if you're visiting NYC for the touristy things, but it's alright since the bus and subway services are pretty much accessible everywhere, you just need to navigate a little. The neighbourhoods nearby have lots of little stores and cafes too.

Only 10 min drive to JFK airport. Hotel has shuttle bus every 30 min. Very clean.

The hotel can be reached by free shuttlebus at the central station of the airport. The front desk was very polite and check-in was very smooth. The room was very clean and new, with a microwave and refrigerator. Very convenient. The surrounding was very quiet. There were no toothbrushes and slippers. But you can buy them in the small supermarket behind the front desk. There was free breakfast, various teas and drinks, hot water, and it was friendly to Chinese people.
