The worst and the most expensive hotel we stayed during our 11 days family trip in the US. Very small, dark in room, bad air conditioning and very simple breakfast. Wouldnt recommend anyone for this experience.

Front desk staff are not the friendliest / not sincere. We were scolded for getting the water bottle by one lady eventhough, we are entitled to have 2 bottle per day. Lobby is always packed.
Servicea aren't Hilton standard sadly to say.

Great hotel in the middle of time square. Good access to transits. I love the warm cookies at double tree but this location has cold cookies.
