It was such a pleasure staying there! I would definitely recommend it! The property was very clean and the staff was so nice especially Wendy! I will be staying here again

The room is clean but the decoration makes you feel uncomfortable. The service is good but the charge is unreasonable. We are charged the $40 without using any facility. Check in process was smooth, but check-out was in a hurry and somehow pushed you out. On their website, it does not tell us we need to pay the additional fee to check out. I paid the taxes and room fee already when I made the reservation. Anyway, I have sent an email to the operation manager but there was no response. I am disappointed. Roosevelt island is an excellent location to live but not this hotel.

The room was very nice. The view was very nice, looking at Manhattan. I hope the price won't go up. It's a 3-minute walk to the subway station. The island is very quiet and safe.

The room is of good size and has a nice view. The view outside the window is as shown in the picture.
Comfortable express hotel.
Normal front desk service, not warm and thoughtful, but responsive.
No slippers. The shower water flow and temperature are stable.
There is a breakfast restaurant, and there is a good Irish restaurant nearby.
A little far from the city, not within walking distance
