The location was central. Coffee,tea and cookies are a good plus especially on a cold day. The hotel was clean and smells clean.

The reception went smoothly and the staff were really kind. Also very silly of me when i couldnt figure out how to turn on the shower because it was my first time using one from the us and europe was completely different. The staff was so nice to come and show me, i dont know why i couldnt figure it out haha
The room was really pretty and spacious enough for luggage. The bed was also big for a single person. And its one of the softest bed ive lied in from all the hotels ive been so far! I definitely slept well in that. The room was very clean and spotless when i arrived and was kept clean throughout my stay. Since i was 3rd floor the view wasnt as great but it didnt matter for me anyways. Average amenities but they did give me new soap bars everyday (which didnt always happen in some hotels) but there was a lack of free water bottles which i wouldve appreciated. There was a working fridge which helped me store foods i had for takeouts. Wifi was really good too. The ac was a bit loud but i love the sound of ac's so it didnt bother me in sleep and it was working.
The location is great, you get to times quare within minutes but its also far away enough to not disturb your sleep. Its abt 8-10 minutes away from subways so quite a bit of walk but not that much for me tbh. Generally i had a wonderful stay in here, no complaints. Big plus point for the very comfortable bed!

The hotel has a good location. The breakfast room is small, so you have to avoid peak hours. However, the breakfast is fresh and the coffee is delicious. The front desk is friendly and the room is clean. The downtown area of New York City is a little noisy at night, which may be unavoidable when living in the city center. There is a small Thai restaurant nearby that is so delicious!

The room is a bit small but it is a normal size in Manhattan! If you need to attend an exhibition, this hotel is one of the closest hotels to the convention center. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the convention center and 10-15 minutes to walk to Times Square! It is 10 minutes away from the subway and train station! Very convenient! If you are considering a short-term business trip, it is a good choice!
