The staff at moxy East village were amazing -they switched my room upon realizing a bug issue and when the new rooms tv wasn’t working the staff came up promptly to fix. You really can’t ask for more than that. Issues will come up and it’s how staff handles it that shows me they value my business . I will stay again.

The room is very small and lacks many facilities. There is no mineral water, kettle, toothpaste, toothbrush, tea or coffee in the room. It feels like a dormitory.

The room is so small that it's hard to turn around. If it wasn't so close to a dormitory building at NYU, there's really no need to book here at this price. The price-performance ratio is too low. It's not suitable for traveling, but it's impossible to send children to school. I guess it's because it's close to the dormitory that the price is so high.
