The hotel is at an excellent locations. The breakfast and the room are alright. However, there is some friction in the check-in process. They initially provided us the wrong room and the whole process took 20 minutes

I love this place.. had great reviews. The buffet breakfast was great, but missed the last breakfast due to time miss information.. I asked if I could get a refund but they refused. Other than that we had an awesome stay. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. The location was great and everything was so close within walking distance.

What a terrible place I was a guest of a guest with my name clearly on the reservation witch was by the way fully pre paid I arrived and they claimed that they could not find my reservation to make the long story short after two hours they told me to leave or they would call the police on me I had to spend the night at Columbus circle worse experience ever thank god trip.com fully gave me credit for my trip trip.com Is the best customer service ever

Large hotel in the heart of Manhattan, at the intersection of 46th and 8th. The area, given its proximity to Times Square and Broadway, is always busy, even in the evening; this certainly constitutes a positive note. Availability of numerous underground lines approximately 3-400 meters away. The general impression of the structure is good, perhaps not up to the standard of a four star in terms of details, room corridors, cleanliness (some unwanted stains and fur). The breakfast, although not of unforgettable quality, is varied and continually replenished: the staff effectively manages the enormous flows of guests, especially after 9.00 am. Concierge ready to solve any problem. If booked at a price lower than or just over $300 per night, it appears to be an excellent solution.
