We really enjoyed our stay! Upon entering this hotels customer service was outstanding! Very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. Safe! Great city views. We will be returning on our next trip.

Great location, around the corner from Rockefeller center.
Cons- was charged $100 for parking next door after validation from Hilton but the website says $65. After walking around all day we wanted to sleep in a bit however housekeeping came knocking at 8:00 A.M until we left at 12:00 about 4 times.

After waiting many times when checking out, the two of us still went out in separate steps. If you have a big suitcase, unfriendly foreigners will directly refuse to let you into the elevator. The hotel is located on a side road, which is more convenient than the hotel on the main street of Fifth Avenue. There are many places to eat or stroll around.
