First of all: **** at the front desk looked down on Chinese people, his eyes looked like someone owed him 800 yuan. I was so dissatisfied, and he was very slow. This is really a good job that relies on time! !
Secondly: **** saw that I was Chinese and arranged for me to stay on the 4th floor, 401, which is a low floor. This hotel has 17 floors at the highest, and gave me a low floor. And there is a garbage recycling station under this hotel, which caused me to be seriously disturbed by the garbage trucks coming in and out all night! And the noise was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. I didn't sleep all night and fled the next day.
Another reminder to everyone: this hotel has no slippers, no toothbrushes, no place to boil hot water, and those who like ice water ignore what I said. Really, you can think about it yourself. Don't stay here.

The layout of the room was good with a micro kitchen. The sound isolation was not good enough, and we could hear clearly someone coming back and talking in the late night.

Everything was great, service from the front was excellent. The room was big and had the necessities for a two night stay. Great value for the room and location. Absolutely recommend.

In general the room and facilities were clean and well maintained. However the entire 9th floor had a very strong smell of food cooking. Possibly this came from the venting from the restaurant in the building. I asked to change to a different floor but was told this was not possible. The solution was to send someone to spray the hall with air freshener which only compounded the heavy smell. Thus you needed to sleep with the smell. The situation also results in the smell lingering on your clothes.
Quite a negative experience.
