Excellent stay. We spent Thanksgiving here and enjoyed the dinner. The room was quite comfortable, with a nice view, and it was quiet. Great neighborhood. The lounge with the fireplace was perfect. We prefer this hotel over many others where we have stayed over the years, including the Surrey, the Mark, and the Carlyle. All wonderful hotels but not as intimate.

You can always tell the difference when a hotel is family owned. The attention to detail, service and superior staff. I also love the small , coziness of the hotel. And the food and coffee amazing. Best omelette I have ever had! Look forward to my next visit! Lowell will always be MY FIRST CHOICE when visiting in NYC.

Absolute perfection. The location is convenient but, quaint and intimate. This hotel has stolen our hearts. From the room, to the staff, the on site restaurants.....everything was 5 star and beyond. It truly feels like luxury. We can't wait to stay here again.

Best water pressure in a hotel ever! Super high end, very quiet, location A+, dining options great. Room service was top notch! The best part was the staff. All of them extremely professional and friendly. Check in was easy, check out easy, everything was perfect.

What a wonderful hotel experience! We have stayed at The Lowell for many years, and it just keeps getting better. The entire staff is amazing - doormen, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, bar and restaurant all represent the finest in service and hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in New York!

A wonderfull place to enjoy NYC at the fullest. We were treated like royalty, still felt very much at home. Presonnel is super attentive, old fashioned luxury in the lobby, the rooms, the bar, the restaurant. We stayed for a week and would come back any time. Simply fab!

Overall, my experience at The Lowell exceeded all my expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect. Despite being centrally located, the atmosphere remained peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top-tier hospitality. I will definitively be returning on my next trip to NYC.
