Quiet room Good location Reasonable price

EVERYTHING IS JUST IN VERY GOOD QUALITY FROM ROOM - SERVICE - LOCATION We even booked for Queen room and Automatically upgraded to King room which gave us the access to a room with a terrace and lounge, all ours. NOT COMMON TERRACE! Couldn’t ask for more 💓

This hotel is truly great. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to anything or find a subway. The only downfall was that the fitness center was not opened. Would I go back again? 100% yes!

This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in New York. The hotel has almost no lobby, the room facilities are old and broken, and the service attitude is not good. It is a very bad experience.

The hotel is not big, but the service is quite good. The room is very big, which is very good. The facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is acceptable. There are two balconies, one large and one small. The hotel is on the street, so people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment should choose it carefully. Overall, I am very satisfied. It is convenient to get in and out. The subway station is very close. There are supermarkets around. McDonald's Star Dad is opposite, and it is also close to Koreatown. 

Super hotel, perfect location. sky bar and swimming pool are super relaxing. Hairdresser, starbox and shops nearby. Staff is super good, help you where necessary. Large rooms had a wonderful time with the family. Metro also very close to this hotel. Highly recommended.

On a business trip, the company booked a hotel. The location is very good and close to the subway. There are many restaurants nearby and the rooftop bar is very good. The rooms are also very big, especially New York hotel rooms.

The hotel is nice good area but the beds and pillow were to soft not firm, very uncomfortable to sleep.

Super friendly staff. Service and room were fantastic and in a great location. Food was not great compared to so many close by restaurants

we went for the pool. the pool was closed when we arrived at 4:00 and was only open in the mornings. that did not work out for our schedule and was totally closed the last day we could have used it. I upgraded room to what I thought was balcony and was not...what they consider balcony is not a balcony.

Our go-to hotel in NYC. Spacious rooms with soaking tubs and loads of closet space. Friendly service, great food, convenient neighborhood.
