The hotel room was clean and renovated. The hotel itself seemed a train station with too many people in the waiting launch. Luggage keepers are getting enoyed if not receiving a tip. You have to tip everything besides the normal room payments. Check-in is too late (4 pm) especially for those who travel the entire night before arrival. Elevators could get a renovation.

For the price it was a good deal. Clean and very conveniently located to Broadway and Times Square. There were not a lot of amenities and the room was a touch shabbier than the pictures made it out but everything was clean and the bathroom was nice. Would absolutely stay again.

Pro: location, close to Times Square
Cons: This is an old hotel with slow elevators. The luggage staff asked for tip although he just simply bring our luggage to the lobby. On the first night we got a rundown unrenovated room. The power cables are messy and exposed, and the power went off when my wife was using hairdryer at night. The Window aircon is loud, the chair has graffiti on it.
We complained the next day and got replacement room which is much better.

To my surprise, I could see NYE ball drip from my window (from afar). Really pleased having spent 2 nights at this hotel. Excellent location, and I feel safe there. They do provide complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate and snack bar daily from 7-9AM though. which is good enough to me for a light breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend play to stay. No complain here.

Great location. 6 to 7 mins away from Times Square. It is clean and staff are friendly. However two small elevators only which are very busy during the morning and nights. The rooms lack lots of electrical outlets and no USB outlets

Best thing about this hotel is the location. Close to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, 16min walk to Central Park. I also greatly appreciate that we were checked in earlier esp after coming from quite a long trip. We liked the complimentary coffee in the morning at L1. Cleanliness is questionable. I saw some used tissue def not from us behind the table under the TV. The complimentary soap, conditioner, lotion were close to empty and not being refilled. The security personnel were totally useless. Of note, the indian one was always in his phone. No greeting or helping open the door when you're hands are full. Not even a smile... also we were asked for 225$ refundable deposit and 68$ for facility fees. The facility fees seem to be unjustified as they do not have much amenities to start with. Also they are already charging a premium price for a not well maintained facility
