Hotel location was fine. As expected, hotel room in New York are rather small. Room was clean. Breakfast was very simple with very little choices. Hotel was very crowded but the lifts are rather slow

I would like to say a big thanks to Jeffrey and all other front desk staff in the hotel as they are all very kind, helpful and professional. Due to the flight delayed, I have to change my check in date and time and Jeff was able to let me check in earlier with an upgrade room. On my check out date, it was a heavy rain and the front desk was kindly offer me the support for transportation. In addition, the location of the hotel is great as it only takes 5 to 10 mins walking to subway station and Times square, which us excellent. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel as it's really value for money with great services.

Very good value for money! ! ! ! Includes all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and hot water! The room is also very clean and has a microwave! The hotel location is a 7-minute walk from Times Square.

Good hotel for a week. Breakfast very busy and no room. One-sided. Very helpful staff. Sometimes there is a long wait for the elevator, that will be the case everywhere. Fitness room is also nice.

It's very good. It's in Midtown, very close to the Empire State Building. It's a five-minute walk from the Penn Station, a transportation hub. It's also almost a five-minute walk from the transportation hub, Port Authority. Quiet in the bustle, good sound insulation. The breakfast is filling, it's a simple Western breakfast, and the service is very good. From check-in, information center, to luggage storage, everything was very nice. We had a very comfortable stay here. There is a 7-11, pizza and subway next to it, as well as a Chinese restaurant, but I didn't try it this time. I would like to choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future.

The hotel is still more than ten minutes away from Times Square. The room is not big but very clean. The breakfast is not bad but there are no seats when there are too many people (it seems that no one cares whether the room includes breakfast). The service is okay. On New Year's Eve It’s the peak season, but overall it’s a good choice!

Very nice hotel! It is only 3.4 minutes walk from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. It is very convenient to watch NBA and travel! The facilities are perfect, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is acceptable. We stayed for 6 nights, and we would get tired of eating too much for days XD. The only fly in the ointment is that the water pressure is too low, and it is a bit hard to take a shower, but the flaws are not hidden, and we will choose to stay in this hotel again ,recommend!
