Really great location. Right near train. Room is small but it does it’s job! The bathroom was really nice. I was in love with the wall!!

The service was okay. But at the checkout they surprised me with a 130USD of hidden fees. The comforter didn't have a cover and when I ask for one they told me that it wasn't possible. We only had 2 pillows that felt really cheap and we were suppose to have a queen mattress but we only got a double. There's a lot of noise in the room and a lot of light even with the curtain fully closed. The doormen looked very bored and they never opened the door or even said hi to us. The location is very good, and the room was clean.

Location and management is great! Spacious room and pretty quite. Breakfast is just ok, and the facility is a bit older than expected.

The location of the hotel is convenient, and the room is not too small. Looking at the center of New York City, the room is a bit old, and the facilities are average. Overall, the front desk staff is friendly, and the overall feeling is good

Sudden added security fee at time of stay that was unexpected. Desk staff were not all that friendly.

My only real complaint is that when I checked in. They took my "card" for incidentals at a specific amount, which is fine. They said we wouldn't get charged anything if we didn't use the bar, movies, etc. So, when our group checked out. They charged us a lot of $$ for some "******* Charge"??? WHAT?? It's not what was told to our group or agreed upon. It’s totally wrong.

The staff are amazing ! Anthony, Kevin and David from the Front desk , the housekeepers , the night auditor , the bellmen, doormen, security all super fantastic. Great location, easy walk to Broadway, Times Square , train station, shopping and loads of cool places in and around that area . Definitely recommend

Great location. Convenient to transportation and many things are walkable distance from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The traffic from the street is load. There were garbage trucks collecting garbage on the street at 2am. There were people on the street making noise. There were people on my floor making noise. i called security twice and they didn't stop them. I didn't get any sleep that night. I was planning to stay 2 nights but i checked out after 1 night. also 2 of the 3 elevators weren't working.

This hotel is a real enigma. Everything you want is there, but very little of it is convenient. The room is small, of course like all NYC rooms. I have no complaint with that. But there were so many other things that distracted from the stay: the shower does not have a full enclosure; the glass side panel only comes out half way, making it almost impossible to not get water on the floor of the bathroom,. which, incidentally, is as inconvenient as can be. There is no usable shelf area, nor counter space. The sink has very little brim around it so you cannot set your hairspray or deodorant on it. Two shelves are provided but the lower one is about six feet off the floor. The door gets in the way when one tries to get out, much like the rest room on a commercial aircraft. In the room the bed was comfy but easily slid off the base. There is a very nice armoire/closet. But there are very few places to hang things. One small hook in the bath, a small railing under the sink, and little else. We hung things from the door closer, the door knob, and both sides of the TV. It rained while we were there and our pant legs were wet so we needed hanging space. No ice near the rooms; you have to go to the restaurant and ask and they will [provide one bucket. The hallways are pretty dark; not at all well lighted. There are multiple front doors so the lobby because cold all the time from the cold air coming in with people going in and out. Staff was very friendly.

Second time staying here. The staff is amazing; super helpful and friendly....especially Kevin!

Overall great for a quick trip to the city. Street noise on the 9th floor woke us up and Luke warm water with weak pressure made the shower not great for waking up. If you’re going for the theater - perfect for an overnight

The hallway carpet was very old and dirty. Bathroom is extremely small with no place to put things on the counter. Lighting was dark. Pillows very thick and uncomfortable. Good location.
