5 stars to the hotel staff who were making their best efforts to solve the issue we had. They were super attentive and helpful. The hotel is at the lower town close to Wall Street. People can reach the subway/metro station only 1mins by walk. The only issue ( for us) was the design of the aircon system that facing bed and the wind blowing directly when resting while we were arranged to a different room with the assistance of the staff. Special thanks to Peter and Bryan who were very considerate and helpful. You made a big difference in our comfort through our stay.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

My favorite boutique hotel when visiting my kids in NYC. Great intimate atmosphere. So convenient to the subway and path to Newark. There is not much of a lobby and no restaurant but there are dozens of restaurants within blocks.

Third visit this month. Loads of subways around, perfect location to travel around Newyork.

Great location and very friendly

The location is very good, with many subway lines available, good public safety, and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, and three bottles of mineral water, coffee, and tea were provided every day, which was very helpful. Above all, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They patiently listened to my poor English and had pleasant conversations with me every day with a smile. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The room is small, but the location is great. There is a Starbucks GAP downstairs and a few small convenience stores. You can walk to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Fifth Avenue by subway. The subway station entrance is downstairs.

Convenient location, washroom with handheld shower head, not like other hotels with one shower shower, with slippers, room is clean, bed is quite comfortable.

The location is very good. You can take most subway lines at Fulton Station. Wholefoods is a 5-minute walk away. Life is also very convenient. The room is very clean and tidy, compact but high-quality. Mineral water is provided every day. The hotel front desk is also very welcoming. If your main destination is downtown, I highly recommend this place.

The transportation location is extremely convenient and the service attitude is very good.

Shower facilities are good and service is friendly

I am very satisfied with Artygen’s location and service. Next time I stay in Lower Manhattan, I will choose Artyzen. The slippers were also very good.
