I really liked this place because it is centrally located without being in the middle of times Square. Easy access to 3 lines of the subway if you walk only a bit. The room was small but in NY it was OK. We were 4 with 2 kids, everyone had enough space to relax on the bed but not enough to unpack the luggage (must so a little tetris). I find 70$ of valet parking pretty wild but near that location, it was all the same, some hotesl are even higher... I chopped one star because they seem to only have 1 elevator working sometimes (on the 2), the corridors are tiny and we waited sometimes 5 min for the elevator. Other than that, the breakfast was sometimes empty pretty fast and the seating area too in rush times... they refill it but with not much each time so there is always something missing. Nonetheless the kids could have the breakfast so thats the important thing

Place is located near a subway station that can take you to uptown or downtown. Room was good and the breakfast included is a plus.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was great, and there were many restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel was fine for a few days. It had queen beds and the breakfast option was a great way to start the day. The elevators were always busy. We used the stairs mostly to get to the 4th floor. The front desk staff let us check in early for a surcharge.
