the room is very clean and i love that there is heat/cold air conditioner option which some hotels doesn’t provide that

The front desk staff was excellent. Kind of funky that the refrigerator had to go on the floor. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Would recommend.

It was the worst hotel in my week-long trip to New York.
It's difficult to find the entrance and the alley smells really strong.
It's dirty, all the facilities are old, and you can't see much sunlight.
The shower curtain is short, so the floor gets soaked.
The room was narrow, cold and stuffy.
The staff were friendly, but the work was frustrating and requests were not processed.
When I asked for a blanket, they brought me a dirty blanket full of dog hair and it wasn't even cleaned when I returned from going out.
So, I asked for it to be cleaned, and they promised that it would be done if I waited in the lobby, but when I went up, it wasn't cleaned again, so I ended up waiting for an hour, but I didn't get it cleaned and just slept in a dirty place.
The counter was friendly, but that was it. If I could turn back time, it was an experience I wouldn't want to go back to.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Cheng helped us bring our luggage to the room & unloaded for us. The gentleman who came when we were leaving just dumped the cart outside our door & ran. The room phone never worked despite requests at the front desk. The housekeeping was very good but the rooms needs more than 1 garbage can. Great breakfast spread too

Room was a good size and clean. Loved the hot breakfast buffet. Staff was great, my remote control stopped working on the TV at 2:00 AM went down to the desk and got new batteries. Also free bag check.

Staff was very nice, the room was a little smaller than i expected but it had everything we needed; it was pretty clean . Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbor sneeze, breakfast was pretty good and there was always coffee which we loved!
In the mornings the flower shops open and they display all of the greenery and flowers on the street which to me was a nice added bonus. Very close to the subway and walkable to Times Square - great location! The rooftop is nice also you can seee everything .

It's more like a 1-star motel. The windows don't keep out the street noise, the door doesn't keep out noise from the hall, the heat doesn't really work, the bathroom was cold, the towels were thin and scratchy, etc. I'm sorry I wasted my money here.

The basic amenities were quite limited. No slippers or toothbrush. You can ask for toothpaste though.
Plus the room was too dark.
Other than that, it's close to Penn station and 28th st metro so it was quite convenient to move around in the city.

The location was perfect for train travelers and right near everyplace you want to be! Comfortable beds. Unit is small, but has all you need for a comfortable nights sleep.
