Very clean hotel. professional individuals offered help during check-in and helped provide information to me regarding the area. The place was affordable and it was easy to get food late at night. I will return.

Superb service and supporting staff

After a long layover followed by a 15 hour flight causing us to come in late, it was a breath of fresh air to have such an amazing front desk staff check us in and give us all to information we needed to successfully make our trip easy. Breakfast was a nice not addition when traveling with family. Beds are so soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby. Very clean and nice facilities right across from LGA.

The room is big, a standard American hotel, nothing special, the shuttle is very convenient, the front desk service is very poor, the attitude is not good, the breakfast is also very poor, but it is similar to most local hotels

I went to Avis to return the car. I called and the shuttle bus came to pick me up in 10 minutes. It was great. The shuttle bus left every 20 minutes, which was convenient for taking an early flight. The bed in the twin room was big, which was great. There was hot water, coffee and tea downstairs, which was great. The front desk was also quite welcoming.

It's a good place for a transfer, but the shuttle bus only comes after calling. There's nothing to eat around, so you can only sleep.

The hotel is nice. I chose to stay for another day. You can see Manhattan from the window. I continued to work out, and after my workout I went to a Chinese restaurant, Sichuan Bawang, which has been open for 39 years and has never changed its address. The proprietress inherited her father's business. The taste is very authentic, and the pickled fish is good.

It was clean and the front desk was friendly and nice. The free airport shuttle was also comfortable! I wish I had stayed a little longer.

I arrived at New York's LGA Airport in the middle of the night. I used Ctrip's Internet phone to contact the hotel but the call was not good. I switched to a domestic mobile phone to contact the hotel and asked for pick-up. The car arrived quickly. The hotel is close to the airport. The environment is safe, tidy and clean, the service staff is friendly, and check-in is quick. The American breakfast includes oatmeal, sausage and potatoes, etc., which is very good.

The room is clean, close to the airport, and the shuttle bus is very convenient. Although it is close to the airport, it is much quieter than the Marriott opposite.

Compared with the unknown hotel we booked the night before, the Sheraton hotel was much better. There are free coffee drinks in the lobby, and most importantly, boiled water! ! ! It is very important to the Chinese people. The bed is of moderate softness and the bedding is very skin-friendly. Although the air conditioner is automatic, it is also very powerful. It is still a bit cold in New York at night, but the air conditioner blew until I felt hot. The included breakfast is quite average, but the omelet is pretty good too. The front desk service was good, and the old man who took the free shuttle bus was very nice, which made our day start wonderfully.

I stayed here while on a family trip from New York to Toronto, Canada. Access to LaGuardia Airport, facilities, cleanliness, and quietness were all excellent. It will be a good option for others as well. Have a happy trip~~^^
