Rooms were very clean. Excellent location, good restaurants around the corner by the pier.

Maybe it can't be helped since it's Manhattan, but it was too expensive for this quality. Access was good.
There was some trouble on the day we stayed, the alarm sounded in the hotel, and the fire department came twice. Since we had children with us, we quickly hurried outside with the people around us. It turned out to be a false alarm, but despite our anxiety, there was no explanation or apology.
Breakfast was also sufficient.

In the smoky hotel industry in Manhattan, this hotel is the worst in the same price range.
Facilities: Incomplete facilities, no bottled water
Hygiene: Very average, no disinfection and cleaning
Environment: Very cramped, whether it is the lobby, corridor or room, it makes me feel like I'm back in Hong Kong, even worse than the hotels of the same price in Hong Kong

Excellent Hotel, very good location, very close to the 9/11 memorial, subway lines. The most complete breakfast!! Buffet, and they have coffee, available 24 hours a day. And the attention is very warm and professional. I will return to this hotel on my next trip to New York
