Perfect Location! Clean rooms and lots of breakfast options! Free water bottles from reception, which is really great! Receptionist were very helpful! Will definitely be back and recommend! Worth every penny!

However, I paid online,
With $50 deposited, an additional $350 was charged upon check-out.
I hope that the deposit of $50 and the incorrectly paid $350 will be canceled as soon as possible.

We had our anniversary trip to New York and it was our first time there.
We had a great time staying at the hotel, all the staff were really friendly our room was tidy and the bed/pillows were comfy.
Checking in was very easy, and because I signed up online for membership we were able to get in early.
The breakfast was nice and hot with plenty to go.
The staff did a nice surprise with towel swans and balloons we were not expecting so that was a nice touch.
The location was great, very central and close to the subway
