The room would be great if things were working…the thermostat needed to be brought right up to the unit to sense temperature controls; the microwave didn’t work and they could not fix it, had to wait 36 hours for a follow up repair, that did not work-a huge inconvenience. And then a room cleaning was scheduled but housekeeping never came after a 6 hour wait.

The hotel is right in the center, very convenient for you to connect to the main points of new york. Fully furnished rooms and new equipment. staff is very slow and stocky still. do not help guests when checking in.

The location was good because the bus terminal was close and Times Square was within walking distance. The hotel staff were all kind and helpful from check-in to check-out, so I was able to have a happy trip. They even helped me store my luggage, so I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip comfortably. Thank you:)

It's very good. It's very close to the exhibition hall and the surroundings are convenient. But if you don't go there for a few years, there will be more and more homeless people.
