The Hotel at Fifth Avenue

Check in was easy and room was good. Bed was plush and comfy. Although I had to pay for a late checkout, it was quite generous of the time for a 3 pm checkout.

Close to penn sta. Convenient for food and shopping. Relaxed in a quiet room. Good service. Happy to come back to stay for next trip.

The rooms need to be updated, the mattresees are terrible, way to soft or just old. The bathrooms have no counter space to do your makeup or to put your belongings. It's just a small sink. I had to use the shower chair to put my things on while getting ready to go tour New York.

The location and staff are great. Easy to find and quick check in and checkout. The down side is the room is very small and the noise from the AC is too much. It woke me up almost every hour.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience, especially considering the reasonable price. The hotel itself was very clean with friendly staff ready to assist. Upon check-in, they informed me that unfortunately they do not have their own parking available. However, you can temporarily park right in front just to quickly unload luggage. The rooms are simple and comfortable, with cozy beds and a coffee maker, however there is no mini kitchen available. For parking, they provide the address of a lot about a 7 minute walk away that they seem to have an arrangement with. If you stamp your ticket at the front desk when you return, you receive a small discount on the rate. There is also another lot just 1 minute away that has similar pricing, however the staff did not proactively mention that option. My room was quiet, which allowed me to get some productive work done and rest up after long days exploring the city. The location makes it easy to walk to many popular attractions and dining spots, so I didn't need to move my car much. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this conveniently situated hotel and would consider booking here again due to the central location, cleanliness, and polite service. My only suggestion would be for them to provide clearer parking options to guests upfront upon arrival. But otherwise, it was a positive experience that met my needs.

A functional hotel around the corner from Macys. I love a view, and this hotel would have limited capacity for that. Very adequate for a few days. Great if you are Korean and wish for a home from home.

Comfy beds, room, bathroom, closet on the smaller side. One small window to view outside however it was quiet staying in the 5th floor. Only two elevators that are slow. Great location in Koreatown and easy access to subway and the Path.
