酒店是之前住過的，也發生了一點問題- 見***********上的評價（基本上是説房間內椅子是壞的，不僅不給換，而且其他不能換房間，結果我網上核實，房間還多得很！）當時是我正兒八經地給前台打電話要求跟他們值班經理講，才給我換。這一次我通過攜程預訂，是在其他地方訂了一晚上後的續住，續住之前我已經在房間裏呆過並且在洗手枱上留下了很多化粧品，很明顯，這房不能達到，更何款，【掛了請勿打擾牌】，下午2:30到酒店區重新辦理入住時她告訴我房間已經被打掃了。這次坑爹的是，清潔工把我一瓶【香奈兒】“扔掉了”，還有其他一些洗手枱上的零碎物品。我是攜程黑鑽貴賓，從小在英國讀書，國際旅行這麼多年，第一次聽説這麼多貴重物品在洗手枱上可以被清潔工當作“垃圾”扔掉？！我跟他們家講理，並要求取消這筆訂單，前台的這個女的還説他們清理天經地義並且也告知攜程客服是“政策”，我想詢問衞生部分她説他們不願接待？？？那“請勿打擾”牌子世界各地的酒店都不用掛了是嗎？不經允許進入房間，也不打電話聯繫一下，東西不翼而飛—- 是什麼梗？？我特地跑去15樓和14樓樓道清潔房內的垃圾桶去找了，視頻上顯示也沒有香奈兒。
我想説現在做生意確實慣用欺騙消費者的手段想説什麼“政策”嚴格，政策是誰制定的？政策代表的是商業，每個商業機構都必須尊重當地的法律，紐約法律保護tenants rights並且警告那些不遵守state law的酒店，隨意進房間拿（扔？）別人東西還好意思繼續收我錢？？種種表現來看，這個酒店的管理和人員全部有問題，更不用説，我第一次住的時候，他們還問我：你是亞洲人嗎？
建議攜程在接下來幾年裡弄一個評分功能，看看哪個海外酒店種族歧視最嚴重，哪個比較真心禮貌。2016到現在變化太大了，我在英國劍橋的時候沒遇到這種撒謊撒得還這麼不專業的。攜程客服也沒有再跟他們溝通的時候去提及法律的內容，衹管政策，你們總有一天要明白的，做生意不能違法。

The only downside of the hotel was the lack of common space. We were with a small group of friends, 4 rooms booked total, and there was not a space where we could all comfortably meet up and hang out where we weren’t disturbing other guest in their rooms. Otherwise the location of the hotel was perfect for what we intended to visit in the city and everyone there was super helpful and professional.

Tiny perfect jewel.
You can’t get more central than this hotel. Smack dab in the middle of everything, this little hotel was perfect for our short trip to New York. Well designed, clean, just enough space, comfortable. Very friendly and obliging staff. Highly recommend.

great stay area as nice, was perfect for an overnight as we went to the city for a late show and didn't want to travel past midnight.
