The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Fifth Avenue, with Rolex, Tiffany, Rimowa and other big brands outside. The hotel is the first St. Regis in the world, and there are many historical introductions on the first floor. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The doorman was very helpful in carrying the luggage, and the housekeeper on the 16th floor and the room service guy were very nice. The hotel environment is old, but the location is good, next to the LV hard case. The worst thing was that the front desk gave me the wrong room that I had booked in advance when I checked in. When I got to the room, I found it was wrong, so I called and changed the room.
