The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Fifth Avenue, with Rolex, Tiffany, Rimowa and other big brands outside. The hotel is the first St. Regis in the world, and there are many historical introductions on the first floor. The room is very comfortable and spacious. It is a great hotel in Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable.

Next time I go to New York, I hope the lobby and restaurant of St. Regis can be renovated and I will continue to stay there! The housekeeper is very, very good!

This hotel has nice rooms, friendly staff and an excellent location.
Unfortunately they are currently renovating the hotel so the lobby, restaurant, bar and sauna are unavailable. As a guest, you must enter through a side entrance and must take 2 separate elevators to reach the room.
When booking, no mention was made of the renovation, which meant that the stay did not meet expectations. We paid for a 5 star experience but didn't get it.
