The staffs are friendly and willing to help.

Good location with subway nearby. Supermarkets is of walking distance. Grand Central Terminal is 2 streets away, very comvenient. Check in and out were swift and staffs were very friendly. The free flow coffee/ tea and water at level 2 is a bonus. Room is spacious and amenities were in place. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, and it is convenient to go everywhere. The room uses a noisy window air conditioner. The biggest problem is that there is only one elevator. The other one is broken, and it seems to have been broken for a long time, which is very inconvenient for guests to go up and down. Especially the middle floors. The cafe on the m floor is a highlight. Guests can get water and coffee. New York is a noisy city, full of roars and various smells.

The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room was cleaned in a timely and proper manner. The room was not facing the street, so it was very quiet. It was just opposite the building next door, which was very close, and it was difficult to open the curtains. The room was a traditional American hotel, and the lighting was a bit dim, especially in the bathroom. Hot and cold water, ice, coffee and tea were provided all day, which was very good. There was a small gym, but I didn't go in to see it. The waiting time for the elevator was also good, and we were able to get on it quickly. Maybe we didn't encounter a day when there were major events nearby and it was full. In general, I was very satisfied with being able to stay in such a hotel at this budget on Wudadao.

Very convenient, just a great location, clean, comfortable and safe. Opposite the NY public library, two steps from Bryant Park and other cool locations, coffee shops and restaurants. In the mezzanine there is tea / boiling water / coffee 24 hours a day, which is very convenient in the cold season. Friendly staff, Good view from the room. The only thing that was annoying was one working elevator (the second was broken), given the 30 floors of the hotel, the ascent and descent took a long time.

The elevator was under maintenance during the two weeks we were there. There was only one elevator for more than 20 floors, which was a bit inconvenient to get around. The hotel is in a great location, opposite the library and within walking distance of the subway station. I feel that the entire midtown is quite safe.
