I love this hotel it’s so nice and clean me and my boyfriend enjoy every bit of it and we only stayed two nights

Location is the greatest advantage of this hotel. Less than 1 min by walk from Yellow R & W Subway Whitehall South Station Exit. This hotel has 40+ floors, but 3 guest lifts only. Long waiting time for lift was annoying. The air-conditioning unit was noisy, as it started on/off intermittently all the time. The shower room is tiny, it was just enough room for an adult to turn around the body. The design of shower room glass door was poor, as the bathroom floor would get wet when open the glass door.

They dont serve fresh water in the room. They charge 3 dollar per bottle. It is unbelieveable.

The safe were very friendly, the room was not what I really expected I was a little disappointed because the refrigerator was clean and I should have checked the sheets before I lay on them, on the morning when I was checking out I took off the top sheets to see if i left anything on the bed but then I saw the condition of the blanket that was between the two top sheets it was disgusting, I can’t believe they put that on the bed for a guest to sleep on my body was itchy after I saw it but I this it just my mind because I saw it but please if your staying at this property check your sheets well.

Location is superb for ferries to various islands Staff and check in/out very good and friendly indeed The rooms are smaller but the view from a high up floor is beautiful! 👌🏽

The room is clean and comfortable, Landry area and snake area available. The location is perfect, many tourists areas around by walk

I checked in around 11pm, they gave me a room with an internal door connecting with the room next door, I felt very insecure as a solo female traveller, it's my first time in New York. I called the front desk, one of the night shift managers, and she told me it was full, there were no other rooms available for me to change. I shouldn't worry about it, she kept repeating herself like a dozen times. I said they didn't give me any heads up in advance, if I knew the room was like I wouldn't even bother to stay here, however it was late, I had no way to go, just have to stay with no choice. I couldn't sleep at all, wasnt comfortable to take a shower at night. only took a quick shower in morning, the facilities are old and overrated, they didn't even provide you any bottle water as the other hotels do. Very disappointed.

Double Hilton Hotel in Downtown NY was in an excellent location in terms of transport. For example, taking the South Ferry Line 1 is one of the best kept secrets as it can get you to all the key destinations like Central Park, Time Square etc… For sure, it will be my hotel for next time
