The hotel is in a very good location, next to the New York Central Station, close to the Rockefeller Building.
The hotel reception is almost a table in the elevator hall, which is really simple.
The room is pretty good, large and clean. The bathroom is very small.
The hotel does not have a breakfast room

Absolutely rubbish hotel, rubbish service staff, because we checked in late, they moved us from superior room to standard room, and lied to us that it was a standard room. Finally, after calling, the hotel staff told us that our room was a standard room without knowing it, and then changed it to say that we were staying in a superior room. The room pictures were different, and the superior room was on the 3rd floor with the laundry room??? Finally, it was up to us to stay or not, because the hotel was full. If it was full, they could just change the guest's booked room at will, and say it was the same, it was simply **b. Finally, I stayed in a different hotel for one night, checked out, and they said they would refund the money for the next few nights, but then they turned around and refused to admit it. Haha, in the end, Ctrip helped them. So if you want to experience the rogueness of American hotels, go to this one! The bathroom is rubbish! Absolutely bad review!!!

Great stay, enjoyed it very much. From our room we could hear the elevator every time it moved but other than that, no complaints. It didn’t keep us awake and we weren’t in the room that much.

Accommodation is really dated. There is no restaurant, gym or bar either. Would not recommend at all, however staff were courteous and attentive.

Usually, hotels for this price point in NYC aren't the greatest. While, yes, this was small, it was surely mighty. great value, clean, safe. Highly recommend

Staff was extremely pleasant and location is exceptionally close to Grand Central Station. Rooms were clean and no safety concerns. Would stay again.
