My recent experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service from the hotel’s staff.
I was warmly greeted by Mark at reception, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfectly suited to our needs, and provided us with our special needs of amenities in the room. I was equally impressed with the attentiveness of Eva from housekeeping, who assured we had everything needed in the room. Byron at the concierge was quick to offer assistance from arranging transportation to offering help when I accidentally hurt myself at the hotel front door. The staff at Hyatt Centric Times Square truly made this visit memorable.
The rooftop bar has an amazing view and the location is perfect if you are exploring Manhattan. Nevertheless, the air-con in the room is quite noisy, and the insulation of rooms could be better. Regardless, I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

It would be nice to have the little stir open all the time. No one wants to run out in the middle of the night for something. For the price we paid a free breakfast would be nice. They need a shuttle for the airpor. What a nightmare that was. The hotel is convenient for the time square part, but an Uber from the jfk to the hotel for 145 dollars is not convenient at all. And have options in the room for places to eat and places to go. We asked the front desk, and they only recommended the place next door, which in pretty sure they own.
I didn't like hearing the air conditioner from some place running all night. We asked for a view of the city, and we got a side of a building.
So andl and all I would give it a 8.
I don't think I would stay there again

Good location, certainly it's a little bit noisy because it's just in the corner of Time Square. The size of the room is quite ok and the layout is not too bad. Met many guest come to this hotel for the rooftop bar, but I didn't have time to go!

Best locations nearby time square, if you plan to have a Broadway show at night, you can back to hotel in 5 minutes！

The room is small (not 32 square meters as described), and the hygiene and other comprehensive conditions are OK. But the most unpleasant thing happened on the morning of the check-out day. After checking out at 10:20, I found two bags of clothes left in the second drawer of the cabinet under the TV in the room. I called the hotel immediately at 11 o'clock. The hotel asked us to log in to the lost property platform to register. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the email replied that the items could not be found. From the time I reported the lost items at 11 o'clock to 3 o'clock in the afternoon, according to the hotel, check-in can only be made after 4:00, and only hotel staff can enter my room during this period, but the result is that the items were not found. This is really incomprehensible and unacceptable. It seems that I will not be able to stay at this hotel in the future.
