The hotel facilities are very old and the experience is not very good. The bed was small and the sheets were old. Second time in nyc, the most amazing staff ever, friendly and helpful, awesome breakfast with a coffee station 24 hours, the only thing was the thermostat of the room, the heater wasn’t working when we arrived and after that it was throwing hot air all the time, the location is amazing after 4-5 pm the streets are very calm without that crowd like time square or those areas, 1-2 blocks to subway lines

Staff was excellent! So kind and helpful! Market across street is convenient for grabbing food. A little far for Times square activities but perfect for Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, downtown, Brooklyn.
