The staff were exceptionally courteous and willing to help, and the location is great - right opposite the subway with shops around to pick up whatever you need, and yet relatively quiet so you can rest. The only downside was the room maintenance. The house keeping services was unavailable throughout my stay. I was readily given supplies on demand though.

Rooms very small, generally according to the money charged for one night, it does not correspond to the fact that it is a simple hotel.

This is a great hotel. Felt more expensive than it really was. Loved the bathrooms especially.

The service is very good, warm and patient. The location is very convenient, there is a subway station at the door, and there is a pickled fish restaurant more than 300 meters away, the taste is good. The bedroom is a bit small, the bathroom is large. The bed is too soft.

Not to mention hygiene, on the first day I entered, the curtain in the shower room was moldy.

Everything is good, especially the transportation. There is a subway downstairs and a lot of food nearby, even Tai Er Pickled Fish.

The configuration is similar to that of ordinary domestic express hotels. The room has basic facilities such as microwave, wifi, telephone, air conditioning, hot shower, etc. Hotels in North America do not have kettles, please bring your own toothbrush Two bottles of free mineral water are provided on the first day of check-in. If you need water from the second day onwards, it will cost 3 dollars/bottle. It is recommended to buy a large bucket of water from a nearby supermarket if you stay for several days. The hotel service staff is very good, better than I expected.

The location is very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the subway station and one stop to Manhattan. The front desk service is also very friendly. There is also a 24-hour supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is attentive. The coffee machine was broken when we checked in, and it was repaired within a few minutes of calling. The subway is convenient, but there are underground light rail trains outside that run several times a minute and are very noisy.
